Triple J's Music Cafe proudly presents "Just Can't Get Enough Metal In Your Ear?"...A mindblowing metal experience showcasing the finest in young Yukon talents, including Nemesis, Drifting, Friend Called Five, Death in Venice and Fullers Earth. You can catch these heavy hitters from 8 pm to 12 am on Friday, August 12, at the Royal Canadian Legion, 306 Alexander Street. 100 limited pre-sale tickets on sale for $10 at Triple J's. $15 at the door. Come on' out and support your local metal heads! Ages 14 and up. Prizes donated by Northern Hempisphere, Capital Hotel, The Zoo Tanning & Apparel, Yukon Brewing Company and Triple J's Music Cafe.

Some of you may have noticed the revamp in the store. We're working hard to get a larger array of inventory, and at better prices. Our latest additions include Triple J's Music Cafe t-shirts, on sale for $20.00. These are easily some of the coolest t-shirts in the world, and are available in S, M, L, and XL. Get excited for Triple J's hoodies this fall! More of collector's vinyl is on display, and we just received a new shipment of buckles, rings, wallets, mugs, patches, stickers and posters. We have a sweet deal on 2 GEMINI turntables and a GEMINI mixer - they're a package deal, and are in mint condition. They come with all of the original boxes and packaging, complete with cartridges and needles. They were purchased as a Christmas gift 8 months ago, and were never used, so we ended up with them. At any rate, we thought to pass this information on for anyone who has been thinking about becoming a DJ. They're on sale for $459.99 (down from $499.99), which is a fantastic deal. This deal won't last long, and it's the perfect set-up for the beginner DJ. How can you go wrong!?

Steve-e-Wunda's going away party is set for Paradise this August 27, 2005. For those who know Steve and Jaime, and wish to parttake in their festivities (which include performances by such artists as DJKJ, Steve-e-Wunda, Nemesis, Drifting and one last performance by Raw Element), swing by Triple J's for more information. It's $10 at the entrance gate, must be 18 or older.

We'd like to let our customers know, in writing, that often special orders can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. We work very hard to get your orders in as soon as possible, but we are very dependant on our distributors, who are in turn dependant on the labels. Your patience is most appreciated!
